Dearest Kavitha passed away unexpectedly on September 16th, 2008 due to a complication during labor. Her soul departed for heaven after her final noble act of giving birth to a precious life. Perhaps the almighty needed this angel for something far more important.
Kavitha was a very caring and affectionate person. She was an extrovert and would go out of the way to keep in touch with family and friends. She had a very strong personality and not the type who could be forced into anything. Her temper was like the waves that wash up the shore and then recede just as quickly as they appeared. She was very impulsive and would make decisions in a heart-beat. Her words still ring in my ears- "in life you need to think with your heart when it matters the most".
Kavitha loved children. She was extremely ambitious wanting to succeed professionally; but children always came first. Her happiest moments in life were when she discovered that she was pregnant- first with her son and later with her daughter. One cannot ask for a more caring and devoted mother than her.
In June 2008 while she was still in her second trimester, she started working at Homewood Suites as a Sales Manager. Her pregnancy never slowed her down. She worked very hard and performed exceptionally well. Her charm, energy and enthusiasm won the respect and appreciation of both her colleagues and clients. During her final days, she was very satisfied with what she had accomplished and the way her life was headed.
This website is a celebration of Kavitha's life and all the things that mattered to her the most. For those who knew Kavitha, I strongly encourage you to share any memories or conversations with her in the "Guest Entries" page. Through your entries, her two precious children will learn more about their mother who loved them so much!
It has been my privilege to be your husband. For this, I will always be thankful to the lord almighty. Rest in peace, my love!
